Project Title: Optimizing Key Account Management for Exceptional Client Experience
We are looking for a Client Relations Intern to support the Client Relationship Management (CRM) team to maintain relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring a world class client experience with our services. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and ensuring timely service delivery.
Project Description
The intern will provide support to the Client Relations Manager overseeing the key accounts portfolio by understanding the client’s needs, analyzing performance trends, and offering insights into untapped opportunities. They will also assist in documenting internal and external engagements related to client projects, ensuring regular updates are provided to the Client Relations Manager.
Scope of Work

Document internal and external engagements related to client projects.

Support in analyzing the performance trends of key accounts to identify areas for improvement.

Advise the Client Relations Manager on the untapped opportunities within the key accounts' portfolio.

Provide regular updates to the Client Relations Manager regarding project status and developments.

Actively contribute to solving challenges and addressing issues within the key accounts portifolio.

Support in the coordination of projects to ensure on-time delivery.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience and support client retention activities.
Required Skills

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a closely related field.

Demonstrates a strong ability to quickly learn new domains and excels in dynamic, fast-paced work environments.

Possesses a mindset geared towards continuous improvement, actively seeking ways to enhance processes and outcomes.

Exhibits proficient planning skills with the capacity to organize tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.

Identify and present untapped opportunities within the key accounts' portfolio, providing valuable insights to the Client Relations Manager.
