Intern, Country Shared Services (CSS) Channel at KOKO Networks

You Role:

To create a localized channel strategy for specified operational countries, the Intern, CSS Channel will collaborate closely with the Director, CSS Channel. In accordance with the strategy, they will also work together with the product team to provide digitally adapted processes or solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Channel strategy development: The intern is in charge of assisting the CSS Channel Director in creating a localized channel plan for specified operating nations. To improve channel performance, this entails conducting research, analyzing data, and making recommendations.
• Delivery of the product: The intern will work closely with the product team to make sure that the localized channel strategy is adhered to while delivering digitally adapted processes or products in the designated operational countries. They will aid in the evaluation and application of novel procedures and goods.
• Data analysis and reporting: The intern will do data analysis and offer the Director, CSS Channel with frequent reports on the effectiveness of regional channels and goods. This entails spotting patterns, offering suggestions for enhancement, and monitoring key performance indicators.
• Collaboration and communication: To guarantee strategy alignment and efficient communication of projects, the intern will work with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support.
