Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Support:Assist with bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Tax Compliance:Support the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring adherence to relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Client Interaction:Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by assisting with inquiries and providing timely updates.
  • Service Quality Improvement:Participate in training sessions and internal reviews to enhance service quality and accounting practices.
  • Billing and Collections:Assist with the billing process and help manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
  • Customization of Services:Work with senior team members to tailor accounting services to meet specific client needs, enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Support Strategic Initiatives:Contribute to the development of new service offerings, aligning with business needs and personal interests.
  • Research and Documentation:Conduct research on accounting and tax topics, and assist in developing memos, best practices, and training materials.
  • Financial Reporting:Assist in the preparation of accurate financial reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Special Assignments:Contribute to special projects and assignments, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Industry Knowledge:Stay informed on industry trends, tax laws, and best practices to support continuous learning and improvement.
