The largest international development organization in the world, VSO uses volunteers to make the world more equitable for everyone. We take pride in doing development differently at VSO. Instead of distributing aid, we work with partners and volunteers to bring about permanent change in some of the world's most impoverished areas. To coordinate group action, we bring together important parties, from local organizations to national governments. Health, education, and livelihoods are the main focuses of our programs in Africa and Asia, with a growing emphasis on resilience, peacebuilding, social accountability, gender, and social inclusion. Role overview
Working at the project site - For a predetermined amount of time, you will perform this role's on-site support duties (full-time unless otherwise indicated) at the project site and/or the VSO office.
To give the Project People Lead and the VSO Rwanda office sufficient and prompt HR, administrative, and logistical support.
Ideal Applicant Summary
You will be a great communicator both verbally and in writing, possess strong administrative abilities, and be eager to master people management techniques. You'll be committed to finding out more about VSO and global development.

How to apply
Step 1
the registration form below in its whole. You will receive a confirmation email after submitting the form that contains a link to our VSO Values self-assessment. This session will offer you an overview of the values of VSO and show you how they fit with your own. This will help you decide if you want to join our organization. Normally, the self-assessment module takes 10 minutes to complete.
Step 2
You have the option to opt out or continue with the application process after completing the VSO Values self-assessment. You must submit your CV in Word or PDF format, outlining your background in career, education, and any voluntary work.
Please be aware that you must finish the entire application form at once because you cannot store it to finish later.
Step 3
After submitting your application, you will receive an email requesting you to take two assessments that examine your information-processing style and working style.
Prior to the tests, you will be given instructions and practice questions to assist you become more familiar with them. As soon as the evaluation is over, you will also have access to a brief profile report. When you have finished these examinations, our resourcing team will review your application.
