Young graduates from a variety of backgrounds who are highly talented and motivated are given professional training by the National Bank of Rwanda (NBR) in order for them to work on initiatives related to the bank's strategic orientations.

This program is intended to make it easier for recent graduates to gain practical experience by working in various Bank core areas and by enrolling in professional courses that are not part of the typical university curriculum.

This program operates under a one-year contract.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in  Economics, statistics, Applied Statistics, Data science  or related(At least Lower Class Division)
• Female Candidates are encouraged to apply
