The Department of Human Resources would like to inform its estimated staff and the of opportunity for the position of Logistics Manager.

JOB SUMMARY

 The job holder is responsible for optimizing logistics process aligned with the company standards, optimizing cost within the elaborated budget and propose cost reduction controls and make the best use of the resources under his/her responsibilities.

KEY COMPETENCIES & RESPONSABILITIES

• High ability to organize teamwork through storekeepers.
• Be able to organize deliveries to maximize output to the distributors and customers.
• Capable to deliver accurate reporting with critical analyze and adequate action plans.
• Must be a self-motivated person.
• At least have an experience of 2 years in logistics or transport
• Be familiar with the company software system-SAGE X3.
• High integrity personality.
• Computer literacy: Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English or French
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, business administration, Finance accounting or related field.

 MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Elaborate transport budget and follow the cost Vs the budget.
• Elaborate OPEX budget and follow the cost Vs the budget.
• Ensure stock accuracy in empties, finished goods and pallets between ERP and physical stock taking and perform audits to ensure the system is performing within company standards.
• Own and implement logistics’ policy.
• Make all necessary arrangements to ensure arrangements to ensure department continuity is at its highest performance.
• Ensure stock FIFO is respected and perform audits to ensure the system is performing within company standards.
• Ensure transporters are well selected and used at the right price.
