The Department of Human Resources would like to inform its estimated staff and the Public of opportunity for the following position:

Import Category Buyer

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• The job holder is responsible for organizing the logistics and clearance of SKOL Brewery importer goods as well as sourcing imported raw and auxiliary materials, Point of sales materials and spare parts.
• Good understanding of import regulations, customs clearance procedures and trade compliance requirements in Rwanda.
• Good knowledge and Familiar with the importation management software (ASYCUDA System).
• Ability to identify, negotiate and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
• At least 3 years’ experience in supervisory role in import, international trade, and clearance.
• Able to calculate and manage customs duties, tariffs, and taxes.
• High integrity personality.
• Computer literacy: Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English or French
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Procurement and Supply chain Management.
