The Department of Human Resources would like to inform the public of opportunity for the position of “Information Technology Officer”.

 JOB SUMMARY

 The jobholder is responsible for administering IT systems, providing technical support to users, and ensuring the overall functionality and security of the company’s technology resources.

KEY COMPENTENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS 

• Having at least 2 years’ experience providing IT support: network & hardware
• Having IT professional certificate like CCNA, Comptia+, MCSE……
• Good communication skills
• Must be results oriented, able to work to strict deadlines under minimum supervision.
• Skills to analyze and conceptualize.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related field.

 MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
• Assist users with troubleshooting, installations, and configurations of IT equipment and applications.
• Conduct periodic testing of backup systems to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Collaborate with external vendors for the procurement of IT equipment, services, and support.
