The Department of Human Resources would like to inform the public and its estimated staff of opportunity for the position of “Spare parts store manager”.

Any employee qualified according to the criteria defined below can apply.

JOB SUMMARY

 The job holder is responsible for effective operation of the spare parts warehouse in terms of adequate coordination of the stock activities(reception of new spare parts, physical stock verifications and other transactions).

KEY COMPENTENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS 

• Strong understanding of industrial spare parts management.
• Knowledge of Industrial maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and proper bookkeeping
• Familiar with inventory software like SAGE X3.
• At least 4 years’ experience in related field;
• Be able to analyze data and budget control;
• Having A0 in mechanical/electrical or electromechanical Engineering;
• Fluent in French or English
• Must be results oriented and able to work under pressure.

 MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Lead the coordination of stock inventories.
• Make in-house deliveries of requested orders to engineers and maintain records of all in-house deliveries.
• Participate in Maintenance Planning to ensure availability of spare parts to be used according to Planned maintenance schedule of engineering team.
• Accountable for procedures and discrepancies (differences) regarding reception, deliveries, warranties, repairs.
• Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure orders of spare parts are done and no out of stock levels.
