Senior Relationship Officer Agency Business Support

The purpose of this job holder is to ensure the day-to-day agency banking activities are attended to:

• Grow and retain the number of 3rd party Billers.
• Agency systems overall checker
• Promote and present agency banking solutions and other banking products to customers as per their business needs.
• Assisting on interdepartmental needed reports and BNR returns reports.
• Tracking on Unit Issues with required escalation matrix & updates
• Participation on Agency ongoing tests for new products and requested changes for existing Products.
• Selling, training and concretization of the new agency products
• Drive Agency productivity for all parameters by monitoring of branch agency supervision activities including weekly productivity reports.
• Maintain agents’ relationships to ensure continuous growth and sales targets are achieved.

• Compliment branch marketing initiatives and drive to create pull factor at Agent locations.
• Leverage prospect and contract new agency and partners by presenting the appropriate solutions for the business.
• Create sales schedules for the Agency team, follow up and provide regular updates.
• Ensure that agents’ satisfaction levels are high.
• Reports on market share, competition status for required strategies.
• Agency Compliance
• Creating conducive work environment in the team
• Ensure that cross-selling off other banking products.
• Any other duty assigned by the line manager.

Profile and Qualification

• A bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field
• Minimum of 2 years of service in banking industry or any other business.
• An in-depth knowledge of the market
• Thorough knowledge of banks policies & procedures.
• Good understanding of the banking industry� �?

• Procient in the use of various Microsoft Oce Applications
