1. Socio-Economic Development Officer
Job responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate data on specific public (policy) issues pertaining to socio-economic development and record data about death and birth across the Cell;
- Identify socio-economic development needs at the Cell level and accordingly advise on response measures;
- Elaborate, under the supervision of the Executive Secretary of the Cell, programs of community works;
- Supervise the execution of community development and citizen participation activities across the Cell and produce consolidated reports thereof;
- Prepare documents to be signed by the Executive Secretary of the Cell and assist him/her in the production of the Cell’s activities performance reports.
- Facilitate gathering data related to the employment status within the cell
Minimum qualifications

A2 in Education, Agriculture, Humanities, Humanities Sciences, Rural Development with 0 Year of relevant experience

2. Accountant
Job responsibilities
- Maintain a proper receipt, custody and disbursement of funds supported by appropriate vouchers;
- Prepare documents for payment of goods and services after checking the conformity and accuracy of payment requests;
- Prepare the Cash Books and General Ledger using an appropriate accounting software to produce income and expenditure reports and other financial reports and statements;
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements at the end of each month and timely produce accurate financial reports as per the set deadlines;
- Facilitate the internal and external audit exercises.
Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management with specialisation in Finance, Management with Specialization in Accounting with 0 Year of relevant experience

3. Director of OSC and Land Notary
Job responsibilities
- Provide notary services in land-related matters to service seekers as per the competencies set forth by the applicable law;
- Coordinate the planning, budgeting, resource mobilization, activity implementation and performance progress reporting of the Unit and supervise all staff therein;
- Coordinate at first degree the elaboration of actionable strategies meant to localise national policies and implement the District Council’s decisions pertaining to land use and infrastructure;
- Serve as a member of the District Technical Coordination Committee, update the Committee on performance progress and advise the institution on any matter related to land use and infrastructure.
Minimum qualifications

Master's Degree in Law, Urban and Regional Planning, Land Management, Urban Management, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Land Use Planning and Management with 1 Years of relevant experience
- BACHELORS IN URBAN PLANNING AND DESIGN, Urban and Regional Planning, Law, Civil Engineering with 3 Years of relevant experience
