JOB SUMMARY
The jobholder is responsible for handling the brewing process (Milling –Mashing in – Filtration – Boiling – Cooling & Aeration, then sending the wort to the CCT).
KEY COMPENTENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge on the molecular of starch and other organic sugars.
- Knowledge on the enzymes and their organic and chemical actions.
- Knowledge on the PH Measurement of aa solution as well as the measurement of temperature.
- Knowledge on acids and basic solutions and their physical and chemical properties.
- Basic knowledge in information technologies (Microsoft office).
- Basic knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and automation
RESPONSABILITIES
- Calculate and determine the yield, dilution, evaporation rate, and fills the brewing sheets as the brewing progresses.
- Coordinate the periodic cleaning actions of the CIP (internal) tanks and the Brew House by the cleaning team.
- Perform the verification of the raw material supply of the Brew House before each brew starting (Weighing, product quality).
- Ensure the disciplines in the plant and the application of procedures related to manufacturing.
- Manage and supervise Millers, Miller Assistants, cleaners and daily casuals.
