Job responsibilities
1. Document management:
- Collect, sort, cod and scan all incoming correspondences;
- Carry out recording of archives, files and documents.
2. Managing incoming and outgoing mails:
- Register mails and documents on computer and direct outgoing correspondences;
- Examine incoming mails/couriers for completeness;
- Answer inquiries about services offered in the Unit;
- Maintain high confidentiality of official mails in the institution.
3. Distributes documents to services concerned:
- Dispatch incoming correspondences to respective recipients
