TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR TENDER

• TENDER TITLE: ARRANGMENT OF ARCHIVE OF PRIME LIFE INSURANCE Ltd.

Introduction

Prime Life Insurance Ltd was established in 1995 as COGEAR Ltd, a licensed general and life insurance company authorized by the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR). In December 2011, COGEAR created Prime Life Assurance Ltd to comply with the regulator’s directive to separate its general and life insurance businesses, and also to expand its business to provide long-term (life) insurance policies. The regulator licensed Prime Life Assurance Ltd in May 2012.

The company was rebranded into Prime Life Insurance Ltd respectively when Greenoaks Global Holdings acquired the company in 2014. In 2017, Prime Life Insurance Ltd, became entirely Rwandan, through the acquisition of the main shareholding by Rwanda Mountain Tea Ltd and Société Pétrolière Aviation Ltd. Prime Life Insurance Ltd herein as “Prime Life” is located in Kigali City situated at MIC Building KN 2 Av. Nyarugenge and its network extends nationwide.

Prime Life Insurance is seeking a dynamic and innovative company to make proper arrangement of its archive:

1. Administrative Requirements:

• Registration certificate issued by RDB
• RRA tax clearance certificate
• RSSB clearance certificate
• Proof of similar services offered to 2 companies 

2. Scope of work

• Preselected person/company will need to visit the work space before provision of financial offer

The Tender document shall be sent at Prime Life Insurance tender email ITClife@prime.rw from 27^th March 2024 until 5^th April 2024 at 3:30 pm local time. Late bids will not be accepted. The tender opening will be the same day at 4:00 pm.
