TITLE: RFQ LEASING OF REFRIGERATED TRUCKS

Kivu Choice is the sister company to Victory Farms, the largest aquaculture platform in East Africa, based in Kenya. We launched our Rwandan business in 2021 and have since built a vertically integrated aquaculture company with associated hatchery, cage production, distribution, and sales operations. Kivu Choice is now the largest aquaculture company in Rwanda. Over the next 5 years our plan is to scale to become the largest and most sustainable protein producer in Africa, producing and distributing 20,000 tons of fish or over 50 million fish meals per year across Rwanda, DRC, and Burundi.

Kivu Choice is inviting all competent and reputable companies in the field of perishable goods transportation; to submit their bids to Kivu Choice for the aforementioned tender. Participation to the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field.

Instruction to Service Providers:

• Truck type: Refrigerated

• Contract Duration: TBD

• Truck loading Capacity: 5 Tones, 3Tones and 5 Tones

• The prices should be quoted by each truck based on the specified required loading capacity

• Well printed bids properly sealed in one original envelop must reach at Kivu Choice head office located in Nyarugenge, Kiyovu, Road KN16, House 8.not later than Friday, 12^th April 2024 at 10:00 am. Only hard copy is accepted.
