1.Job Title: Rural Physical Planner
Job responsibilities
- Elaborate studies and land use plans for rural areas for all districts;
- Prepare site approval documents Ensure the detailed physical sites are in place before constructions and development;
- Collect and manage all master plans and layout plans and ensure public access
- Collaborate daily and Coordinate with relevant institutions, local government and One-stop centres;
- Create and interpret maps, dashboards, and diagrams on land use plans;
- Meet with public officials and the public regarding rural development plans and land use
- Recommend approval or denial of proposals Identify the best way to meet community needs in terms of infrastructure and handling growth. This involves overseeing all aspects of planning, including reviewing research on economic and environmental impacts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Urban Design, Civil Engineering, Land Survey and Geomatics Engineering, Land Surveying, Geography,Urban Planning, Land Use Planning, Geo-information sciences, Urban and Regional Planning, Physical planning, Spatial planning, Land use planning with 0 Year of relevant experience
