The company is looking for a competent & experienced person to take on the role of Strategy and Business Analytics Officer.

1. Job Summary:

SONARWA Life seeks a dynamic and detail-oriented Officer for Strategy and Business Analytics to join our Strategy team. This role is perfect for someone with an understanding of business analytics and strategic planning, who is eager to contribute to the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our organization.

2. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of strategic planning processes.
• Support environmental scans, SWOT analyses, and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decisions. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare regular analytical reports for senior management, detailing business performance and potential improvement areas.

Performance Monitoring:

• Help develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to the improvement of business processes through data-driven insights. Project Management Assistance
• Assist in managing strategic projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered on time.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary data and feedback for project success.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Support communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives are well-understood and supported.

3. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategic planning, business analytics, or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Proven track record in managing and leading strategic projects and initiatives.

4. Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in statistical analysis and financial forecasting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
