JOB PURPOSE The District Construction inspector will be in charge of supervising construction activities at Burera District.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direct supervision of the CERC Project Manager, the employee will perform the following duties:

• Supervisor and monitor construction activities at District level
• Supervise procurement and supply of construction materials at various sites
• Supervisor site managers
• Organize regular visit at construction sites and ensure activities are implemented with full compliance to standard ToRs
• Ensure adequate distribution of resources and prevent risk of misuse.
• Prepare and submit progress and technical report.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Project Management in Construction 1 year of working Experience.

• Ensure regular compilation of Districts and Sector reports and supporting documents, prepare and submit consolidated reports
• Prepare required consultation at District sector and site levels

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Management, Finance, Development Studies, Business Administration, law and related field .
