Job Description

  • Reviewing incoming documents; 
  • Creating the Executive Secretary's agenda, which includes a schedule of appointments; 
  • Preparing, managing, recording, and dispatching correspondence sent to or by the Executive Secretary; 
  • Managing the Executive Secretary's office and dealing with his/her visitors; 
  • Preparing and/or editing documents, such as reports, memos, presentations, etc.;
  • Organize travel for the Executive Secretary and collaborate with public relations and customer care officers to provide protocol to the Sector Executive Secretary's visitors. 
  • Carry out any additional tasks delegated by the supervisor. 
  • Make logistical arrangements for all meetings that the Executive Secretary chairs.
  • Organize the Executive Secretary's appointments and external meetings;

Minimum Requirements

Advanced Degree in Office Management and Administration, Secretarial Studies

Bachelor's Degree in Office Management, Secretarial Studies, Public Administration, Administrative Sciences, Sociology, International Relations, Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Media, Law, Supply Chain Management and Purchasing, Development Studies , Procurement, Psychology, Accounting, Office Management , Social Work, Political Science, Education Sciences, Finance , Marketing, Business Administration , Customer Relations, Business Information Technology, Hospitality Management, Literature and Linguistics, Travel and Tourism Management, Translation and Interpretation,Language and the Arts, Office Management and Administration with 0 Years of Experience in the Field
