Radio Presenter at 102.3 KISS FM - SMW Communications LTD

A radio presenter is needed for the role at 102.3 KISS FM. The position might be yours if you think you have what it takes to persuade listeners to tune in to your voice each day. 

About having a strong personality, charisma, knowledge, attention to detail, ambition for success, and the capacity to connect with your audience. The chosen applicants will;

• In accordance with the station's strategy and principles, do research, plan, and generate on-air material, ideas, and concepts.
• Deliver presentation/continuity on air
• Be able to fully comprehend and connect with the listener
• Carry out road shows and outside broadcasts, and represent the station at events.
• Obtain instructions from clients, sales, or supervisors and follow them up
• Produce, script, record, and package station features
• Create and implement online gaming components
• Possess thorough knowledge on social media

Skills and Personal attributes

• Speaks and writes Kinyarwanda with ease
• A strong radio presence and voice
• Great musical ear
• Able to work irregular hours, especially on holidays and weekends
• Possess knowledge of media law and ethics
• Experience as a presenter for at least two years is advantageous.
