Social Media Manager at 102.3 KISS FM - SMW Communications LTD

In order to fill this full-time role, KISS FM is looking for a skilled applicant. The company's social media, web, and mobile app platforms will be managed by the social media manager.
duties consist of:

• Manage the creation and distribution of original, pertinent content that meets high standards.
• Make a schedule for regular publishing.
• Utilize social media advertising to promote content.
• Develop pertinent content themes to reach the company's target clients as part of managing social media marketing campaigns and daily operations.
• All published content (text, video, and photos) should be created, curated, and managed.
• Observe, hear, and react to users
• Establish and grow the online community
• Monitor the appearance of social media pages
• Create, manage, and design campaigns for social media advertising.
• In charge of mobile apps and websites
• Prepare analyses and management reports that detail findings
• Become a spokesperson for the business on social media, participating in discussions and providing responses as necessary.
• Keep an eye on the latest developments in social media tools, channels, applications, and design.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

• The following abilities and expertise are required of the qualifying applicant:
• Exhibits comprehensive knowledge and comprehension of social media networks, their users (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Wordpress, etc.), and the various uses for each platform.
• Continues to have a strong command of the English language.
• Demonstrates the capacity to effectively convey facts and ideas both orally and in writing.
• Graphic design expertise will be advantageous in this capacity, as will prior experience managing social media.
