POSITION: PHYSIOTHERAPIST

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • He or she must hold a Bachelor’s degree (A0) in physiotherapy
  • He or she should have at least three years' worth of experience working in a complex hospital.
  • He or she needs to have experience working as a physiotherapist.
  • Possessing a current license to practice and being registered with the appropriate professional body.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Able and willing to provide services effectively and efficiently to satisfy client needs.
  • Possessing management and teaching abilities is advantageous.
  • Knowing the norms and procedures for health and safety is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in both writing and spoken
  • Able to evaluate in-depth data
  • A capacity for teamwork

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To introduce modern physiotherapy procedures inside the division
  • Ensuring that patients receive excellent clinical care and have a positive patient experience while taking into account their traditions, religious convictions, and ideologies.
  • To guarantee that the necessary level of documentation is produced in compliance with hospital requirements for retaining records and records.
  • To support safe practice while treating patients in intensive care units and other clinical settings by monitoring all pharmacological intravenous therapy and blood administration utilized on patients and properly maintaining the necessary equipment.
  • Determine your own training requirements to help the physiotherapy services.
  • Participate in professional development and the evaluation process to develop your skills. 
  • Participate in training programs for interns and students who need practice as part of their training, as well as teaching programs for other categories of staff.
  • Help where you can with clinical and related audits as necessary for the area
