In Kigali, there is a sizable factory for roasting and packaging coffee called Rwanda Farmers Coffee Company Ltd (RFCC). The best Rwandan Arabica coffee beans are used to produce superb roasted coffee. The "Gorilla's Coffee" brand is used by RFCC to market its coffee in national, international, and local markets.
We at RFCC are looking to add a motivated Sales Officer to our group. This position, which reports to the RFCC Sales and Marketing Manager, is regarded as being crucial to the success of Gorilla's Coffee's HORECA channel.

Role profile:
The distribution and sales of Gorillas coffee in hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, and offices are the responsibility of the HORECA sales officers. The chosen applicant will be in charge of managing sales growth among a network of current customers in addition to locating and bringing in fresh customers for Gorillas Coffee. Making ensuring that customers pay for things on time is a crucial aspect of the job.
The chosen candidate will be able to provide evidence of their breadth of experience and record of success in sales in a setting like that.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Increases sales with current clients by identifying new, value-adding options for them and providing them with excellent customer service.
- Scouts out potential clients in hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, and other establishments.
- Ensures that customer orders are delivered on schedule and in accordance with their specifications by closely monitoring the situation.
- Make sure to receive customer payments on schedule,
- Meets the sales goals set for each day, each month, and each year by the performance indicators.
- Keeps customer records and intervention data forms current.
- Identify possible business possibilities, analyze and present target markets' positions, and provide sales strategies for them.
- Requests the sales and marketing manager's blessing before using any credit.
- Contract any transaction made on credit by giving formal notice of the client's name, address, and expected date of payment collection. Share a daily sales summary report and monthly reports.
- Respond to client complaints by looking into issues, coming up with solutions, writing reports, and providing suggestions to management;
- By staying current with market trends, rival activity, and industry trends, recommends adjustments, enhancements, or new products.
- Abide by and see that the company's internal rules, guidelines, and regulations are followed,
- Make branding recommendations to clients that can enhance channel performance.

Requirements
- Agricultural Economics, Marketing, Agribusiness, Economics, or a similar field for bachelor's degree.
- 3 years or more of experience selling in a comparable environment
- Fluency in both Kinyarwanda and English. French language proficiency would be advantageous.
- Valid Rwandan driver's license for B-class automobiles.
