Data Managers at Nyamagabe District

Key Duties and Tasks

• Ensure the timely collection, accuracy, and completion of data at the medical institutions. 
• Control and direct personnel tasked with data collection and tabulation. 
• Hospital Statistics collection, analysis, interpretation, and production
• Describe the findings of statistical analyses, including data presented in graphs, charts, and tables. 
• Compile statistics reports from various hospital services, departments, and initiatives. 
• Provide the supervisors with reports on birth, death, disease surveillance, and other HMIS reports.
• Oversee health facilities in the catchment area to confirm the validity and caliber of the data.
• Data entry and involvement in internal and external data quality evaluation 
   

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Geography Information System, Information Management, Information and Communication Technology with 0 Year of relevant experience

OR

Advanced Diploma in Public Health, Public Health Sciences, Statistics, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Laboratory Sciences, General Nursing with 0 Year of relevant experience
