For the role of "Sales Officer," Roba Industries is looking for a self-motivated individual who is highly accountable, results-oriented, proactive, flexible, and innovative.

Position Summary
Sales representatives work with the company's sales teams to choose the most effective ways to boost consumer purchases. They work with marketing teams to increase brand awareness, supervise the operations of sales staff, and aid top management in reaching sales targets.
Sales representatives are able to recognize consumer behavior and emotions and respond appropriately. Sales representatives meet with potential customers. Ability to quickly build rapport and make others feel "at ease" around them. strong sales abilities
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and put into action marketing and sales strategies
- Create marketing techniques to expand your consumer base and boost your bottom line.
- Create and maintain positive interactions with your customers
- Obtain set revenue goals
- Install and maintain systems for tracking and observing sales.
- Oversee the procedures used to conclude business deals with customers
- To market items, give presentations and go to trade exhibitions and events.
- Maintain and control the sales inventory.
- Report on sales trends and performance through analysis
- Establishing and maintaining enduring connections with customers.
- Calling prospective consumers to describe the company's goods and promote sales
- Responding to consumer inquiries and elevating difficult problems to the appropriate departments as necessary
- Keeping thorough records of all transactions, customer appointments, and complaints.
- Coordinating with the marketing division to make sure the business is reaching its target market.
- To make sure that the company's products fulfill the needs of the market, product developers are informed of potential product enhancements and adjustments.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar subject is preferred.
- Proven sales background.
- Solid understanding of industry rules and sales tactics.
- A track record of success in meeting sales goals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent consultative sales and negotiating skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
