1. Secondary and TVET education Officer
Job Description
- Create a local secondary and TVET education strategy and action plan, track its execution across sectors, and produce consolidated reports on it;
- Conduct routine inspections of secondary and TVET schools in accordance with quality educational and administrative requirements, develop secondary and TVET school maps, and keep an updated database of these institutions;
- Identify and group construction needs for secondary and TVET schools, address teacher training requirements there, and collaborate with the Human Resources Unit to provide specialized capacity building support across the District;
- Create project ideas to raise money to improve the operation of secondary and TVET education, and organize and carry out advocacy campaigns to address the needs of vulnerable people in the District in terms of secondary and TVET education;
- Plan and oversee the execution of recurring initiatives to educate the local public about the advantages of sticking with secondary and TVET education programs in partnership with other pertinent stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications

2. Civil Registration and Notary Officer
Job Description
- Offer notarial services to the general public in accordance with the legal requirements;
- Submit all civil registration-related paperwork;
- Compile and register the Sector's disaggregated data on civil registration status;
- Receive thorny issues, analyze them, and then give the sector appropriate legal counsel.

3. Investment Promotion and Financial Services Officer
Job Description
- Determine, promote, and update funding and investment opportunities or potentialities in the District, and organize the distribution of information to current or potential investors;
- Develop campaign strategies and make sure they are implemented in a coordinated way to encourage people to form investment groups;
- Determine and publicize potential locations within the District for the development of commercial buildings;
- Develop and put into action a series of corporate and financial institution-attracting strategies in close cooperation with other interested parties.
- Conduct efforts to encourage the general public and private sector operators to spend money on apprenticeship and training.
- Create and implement strategies to encourage the training of auto workers.

4. Land administrator
Job Description
- Perform preliminary evaluations of land leasing applications and provide service seekers with appropriate advice;
- Manage all land documents, both digital and analog, closely working with the One Stop Center Archivist;
- Inform key stakeholders on developments in the field of land administration and report to the appropriate authorities.
