I. Summary of Overall Role and Responsibilities

A social worker acts as a point of contact for patients, medical professionals, and sponsors.

II. Key Duties and Tasks

  • Recognize psychosocial cases and collaborate with them to identify a suitable fix for their issue;
  • Oversee the institution's whole supply and equipment chain for social services.
  • Report social activities to his/her immediate supervisor once a month.
  • To promote assisting customers in obtaining resources that would enhance their wellbeing.
  • To organize sponsors' initiatives inside wards;
  • To instruct patients one-on-one or in groups to improve their behavior;
  • To inform patients and their immediate family members about how to manage their condition and its effects;
  • To inform patients one-on-one or in groups on behavior change
  • To recognize psychological cases and collaborate with them to develop a suitable resolution to their issue;
  • To oversee all of the department's resources and machinery.
  • To plan and implement the World Patients' Day;
  • To plan and oversee assistance programs that help patients live the fullest lives possible.
  • To plan the home visit for the social reintegration of abandoned and disabled patients;
  • To act as a point of contact for patients, healthcare professionals, and sponsors;
  • To carry any further related tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Social Work, Social Studies with 0 Year of relevant experience

  • Advanced Diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Social Studies with 0 Year of relevant experience

  • A2 In Social Work with 0 Year of relevant experience
