The company's line of work is the provision of cutting-edge information and communication technology ("ICT") services based on fiber connectivity and 4G LTE. As Rwanda's top 4G Internet service provider, Mango Telecom Ltd has developed into a full-service provider of Internet and business solutions for both public and private entities.

Mango Telecom Ltd is hiring qualified individuals for the role of Marketing.  

AVAILLABLE POSITION: Marketing employees.

DEPARTMENT: Marketing.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in the creation of marketing plans.
• Carrying out market research for both new and existing items.
• Creating and executing marketing strategies for the company's products.
• Coordinating with sponsors and media representatives to increase sales and product exposure for the company.
• Keeping an eye on trends and competition
• Monitoring sales data to make sure the business achieves sales targets.
• Promoting Mango's current items and launching brand-new products.
• Attaining the company's marketing objectives by investigating and creating marketing possibilities and programs, comprehending client needs, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvement.
• Keeping in touch with customers by paying them frequent visits, learning about their needs, and looking out for new marketing opportunities.
• The planning of several campaigns to encourage the sale of the company's goods in certain hotspots
• Updating the direct manager on the status of marketing initiatives and reporting on campaign results
• Work together with the sales team and other departments to develop successful strategies.
• Locating potential media channels to advertise and promote Mango goods and services. 

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
2. Three years of professional experience in a comparable role
3. Time management and preparation
4. Outstanding communication abilities.
5. Excellent managerial and organizational abilities.
6. Excellent in speaking and writing English
