Competency Requirement

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

  • He/she must have a Bachelor degree in general medicine
  • Two years of experience working in a challenging, busy hospital
  • a member of an appropriate professional organization.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  1. Good sense of strategy and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  2. Mastery of Microsoft Excel
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  4. Excellent managerial and organizational abilities.
  5. Outstanding capacity for multitasking and paying attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Giving patients medical and surgical attention;
  2. Follow the procedures for obtaining patient referrals, and when necessary, conduct the proper interventional diagnostic testing;
  3. Cooperate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure ongoing improvements in patient care, and actively involve service users to get their perspective on service development.
  4. Continuously examine, report, and question one's own practice's clinical risks;
  5. Routinely use skilled clinical judgment and efficiently handle clinical caseloads;
  6. Know the proper working procedures;
  7. Produce precise and diagnostic reports on the examinations the post holder did, based on which clinical judgments can be made;
  8. In cases when clarification is needed, communicate with the referral source;
  9. Investigate complaints, plan and/or draft responses, and, as necessary, create corrective action plans;
  10. Giving patients medical and surgical attention;
  11. Follow the procedures for obtaining patient referrals, and when necessary, conduct the proper interventional diagnostic testing;
  12. Cooperate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure ongoing improvements in patient care, and actively involve service users to get their perspective on service development.
  13. Continue to track, evaluate, and report clinical hazards, as well as to question your own methods.
