Geologist (Contractual staff) at Rwanda Mines,Petroleum And Gas Board

• Develop and review the exploration plan and coordinate the whole planned geological activities in collaboration with local exploration team; 
• Carry out analysis and interpretation all existing geological data on the selected areas in collaboration with local exploration team;
• Perform quality control of all data used in interpretation; 
• Propose and coordinate the right reporting code in collaboration with local exploration team;
• Develop procedures for survey operations, data processing and data management for geology teams;
• Processing and interpretation of data with the adequate software; 
• Propose a training plan for junior Geologists for the duration of the tasks;
• Model mineral resources at the level of Inferred resources;
• Submit to supervisor monthly progress reports, regular updates and propose next stages;
• Participate in the compilation of the final report.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Geology

• Master's Degree in Geology
