About the Job

As a “Quality Assurance & Testing Engineer” you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of all Bank’s Products . You will collaborate closely with development teams to design and execute test plans, verify compliance with regulatory standards, and identify and report defects. Your commitment to delivering high-quality software will contribute to the trust and confidence of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using testing frameworks or tools to enhance test efficiency and coverage.

2. Selection or identification of test cases for automation from existing test case documentation.

3. Creating an automation test plan and getting approval.

4. Configure Test Environment for setup.

5. Automation framework design and implementation according to project structure.

6. Creating, Enhancing, Debugging and Running Test Cases.

7. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify and report defects or issues.

8. Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking systems, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.

9. Performing manual tests and other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

10. Organizing, monitoring defect management process Handling changes and conducting regression tests.

11. Find solutions for issues related to object identity issues and error handling.

12. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure effective communication and efficient testing processes.

13. Interaction with the people of the client side to solve problems and update the situation.

14. Provide detailed test reports, including test results, metrics, and recommendations for improvement to stakeholders.

15. Ensure compliance with quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements specific to the organization or industry.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Degree in Software development, software engineering, or related field.

2. Prior experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related role is preferred.

3. HTML Scripting needed and other programming languages required.

4. ISTQB® Accreditation will be an advantage.

5. 3 years’ experience will be an advantage.
