•    Design and implement robust data management systems to streamline data collection, storage, and retrieval processes for research projects.
•    Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with data protection regulations.
•    Conduct advanced statistical analyses of research data, including but not limited to descriptive statistics, inferential analysis, and predictive modeling.
•    Interpret research findings and provide actionable insights to inform research strategies.
•    Develop regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate research outcomes, progress, and impact to internal and external stakeholders.
•    Collaborate with researchers and project managers to tailor reports for specific audiences.
•    Implement data quality assurance measures to identify and address errors or discrepancies in research data.
•    Validate and verify data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
•    Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track the progress and performance of research projects.
•    Conduct periodic evaluations to assess project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
•    Create clear and visually compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and infographics to facilitate data communication and understanding.
•    Present research data and insights effectively to diverse audiences.
•    Collaborate with researchers, data analysts, and stakeholders to support their data-related needs.
•    Provide training and capacity-building sessions to enhance data literacy and analytical skills within the division.
•    Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and data protection regulations in all data-related activities.
•    Obtain necessary approvals from ethics committees for data collection and analysis.
•    Perform other duties as required by the organization and its strategic information objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Statistics

    1 Year of relevant experience

  • Master's Degree in Public Health

    1 Year of relevant experience

  • Master's Degree in Data Science

    1 Year of relevant experience

  • Master's Degree in Mathematics

    1 Year of relevant experience

  • Master's degree in Epidemiology

    1 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics with experience in in the health sector

    3 Years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics with experience in in the health sector

    3 Years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science with experience in in the health sector

    3 Years of relevant experience
