1. Ensure quantification of ACTs and antimalarials commodities;
2. Ensure coordination and dissemination of  malaria case management guidelines and policies tools;
3. Develop and ensure utilization and compliance of case management tools at all levels;
3. Ensure availability of antimalarials drugs commodities  at all levels (central to community level);
4. Monitoring and follow up the distribution plan of ACTs and antimalarials commodities through the routine services( minimum packages of activity for HF);
5. Monitoring  and follow up of  the implementation of the national policy on malaria case management;
6. Submit reports on the activities in relation to malaria case management activities;
7. Provide technical support  to the district hospitals in training and supervision of malaria case management activities;
8. Participate actively in the updating of  key documents ( guidelines, policies) of the national policy for malaria case management;
9. Participate in research related to  monitoring of antimalarial drugs;
10. Delivers comprehensive evaluation of direct reports complete with development plans followed up by active coaching; ensures that staff under him/her are evaluated and developed 

In collaboration with MPPD:
1. Ensure the ACTs and others antimalarials commodities availability at central and decentralized level;
2. Ensure the stock status of  ACTs and others antimalarials commodities throughout the country and more particularly to MPPD;

In collaboration with the HMIS and e-LMIS:
1. Ensure the availability of the monthly report on antimalarials commodities(ACTs, distributed at health center level

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with experience in infectious disease program or vector borne diseases prevention program

    3 Years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in General Medicine with experience in infectious disease program or vector borne diseases prevention program

    3 Years of relevant experience

  • Master’s Degree in Global Health with experience in infectious Disease program, vector borne diseases program

    1 Year of relevant experience

  • Master’s Degree in Public Health with experience in infectious Disease program, vector borne diseases program

    1 Year of relevant experience

  • Master’s Degree in Epidemiology with experience in infectious Disease program, vector borne diseases program

    1 Year of relevant experience
