About You and the Role

We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Coordinator to identify potential sales opportunities, cultivate and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring a world class client experience with our services. You will collaborate closely with our cross functional  teams, ensuring seamless communication and drive on time delivery.

What will you do

  • Maintain accurate client records, including all engagements, feedback, using our CRM software.

  • Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business goals and challenges and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings and proactively identify and address client issues, working closely with the cross functional teams to deliver clients projects and requets in a timely manner. 

  • Applying best practices for client relationship management.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience, support client retention and identify revenue growth opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Apply insightful analysis when communicating client feedback and requests to the product development teams. 

  • Assist clients in the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful service onboarding for the GoR new services pipeline. 

You will be a good fit if

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in driving sales and/or client relationship management preferably in a technology company.

  • Excellent sales, client relationship management, and communication skills.

  • Goal-oriented, persistent, and skilled negotiator.

  • Continuously seek to find new ways the business can operate more efficiently.

  • Able to share complex thought simply, either on paper, in-person by pitching decks

  • Have an ability to learn new domains and thrive in a fast-paced environment.  Have a mindset of continuous improvement.

  • Self-directed with a can-do attitude. Have an ability to prioritize between various needs and delegate efficiently.

  • Have the ability to plan and meet tight deadlines.

  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Technology enthusiast.  Keep abreast with the trends and changes in the technology world that are relevant to the clients.

  • You have a Bachelor of Science in Business and/or related field or MBA/additional qualifications
