The Dove Investment Company Ltd (DICo) is a business entity established by the Pentecostal Church of Rwanda ADEPR on November 18, 2022, and approved by the church's High Council. It is registered under the TIN/VAT number 102740342. There are now 8 branches of activity for The DICo Ltd.

Dove Investment Company is seeking competent candidates with experience for the following positions:

POSITIONS: Receptionist

PLACE OF WORKING: Dove Hotel

Number of Positions: 3

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• All visitors should be greeted and helped with check-in and check-out.
• Keep a cheerful disposition and a welcoming demeanor.
• Answer all queries and demands made by visitors.
• Calls are answered and forwarded.
• Manage reservations and bookings for visitors.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements for Receptionist

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Tourism, Hospitality or any other field, with one year of experience in the same job.
• Diploma or A2 in Tourism, Hospitality, Law, or any other field, with two years of experience in the same job.
