Tender Method: National Competitive Bidding 

1. RwandAir (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has got funds from its ordinary budget and intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.  
2. RwandAir invites eligible bidders to submit bids for supply, installation and commissioning of weighing scale as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
3. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from RwandAir procurement office via an email: procurement@rwandair.com upon request. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to Senior Manager Procurement RwandAir at the email: procurement@rwandair.com  
4. All bids ‘’shall’’ be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the Bid value. The security shall be from the bank or insurance company registered and operating in Rwanda. 
5. Well-printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies one of which is the original must reach RwandAir Procurement office, Kigali International Airport Main Building, Top Floor, Not later than April 24^th, 2024 at 11:00 am Kigali time. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.  
6. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the RwandAir procurement Policy and Procedure manual as amended to date.
