Contract Arrangement: Framework 

• RwandAir (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has funds from its ordinary budge and intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued. 
• RwandAir invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of vehicle tyres as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements. 
• Tender Documents in English may be obtained from RwandAir procurement office via an email: procurement@rwandair.com upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand 10,000 Rwf account bank with swift IMRWRWRW. The sum to be deposited at I&M Bank on the swift Account N° 10-5003664-01-74 (RWF) opened in the name of RwandAir. 

• Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to Senior Manager Procurement RwandAir at the email: procurement@rwandair.com 
• All bids“shall ” be accompanied by a Bid Security of 400,000 Rwf issued by a reputable financial institution in Rwanda with validity of 120 days from submission date.  
• Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies one of which is the original must reach RwandAir Procurement office, Kigali International Airport Main Building, Top Floor, Not later than April 24^th, 2024 at 11:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. 
• Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at RwandAir head office, Kigali International Airport Main Building, Top Floor, on April 24^th, 2024 at 11:30am local time. 
•  The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title. 
• Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the RwandAir procurement Policy and Procedure manual as amended to date.
