I. CORDAID BACKGROUND

II. Expression of interest

Cordaid Rwanda, is inviting all interested people by the present invitation to tender on the vehicles auction.

Below is the detail of vehicles to be auctioned:

Lot 1

Type: JEEP

Mark: TOYOTA L/C H/TOP

Registration number:RAE 759 N

Year of Manufacture: 2010

Location: Cordaid office /Kacyiru

Lot 2

Type: PICK - UP

Mark: TOYOTA/PICK UP

Registration number: RAE 122 P

Year of Manufacture: 2008

Location: Cordaid office/Kacyiru

Interested persons are called to visit the above vehicles at the parking site of CORDAID RWANDA office located at Kacyiru /Gasabo, KG546 st 1, Golden Plaza, from August 5^th 2024 to 14^th August 2024 between 1:30 PM and 4:00 PM

III. Requirement for the interested buyers

• This tender is open to all interested people
• Interested buyers must submit their offer to the CORDAID in sealed envelope and market “Tender of Cordaid Vehicles”
• The offer must show the proposed price of the vehicle, lot number, Type and Mark & type of the vehicle, Registration number, and year of manufacture
• Bidders will only submit their bids written in English, Kinyarwanda or French
• Bids in sealed envelopes must be delivered to the address mentioned above by 19^th August 2024 by 1:00 PM. Late bids will be rejected
• The opening of envelopes will take place on Tuesday 20^th August 2024 from 2:00 pm. At Cordaid Office. All bidders should be present
• The winer will be requested to pay 30% of the price within 3 working days and 70% of the price will be paid in 7 working days
