1. Eligibility Criteria

Interns, both professional and academic, must meet the minimum educational requirements qualification in related fields, including a Bachelor’s Degree – 2nd Class Upper Division and above for a Professional Internship and must be a recent graduate within a year and;

For academic internships, the Aggregate Score required is 70% or more for anyone to be considered for the initial process.

Interns must comply with applicable guidelines regarding eligibility for internship programs in RwandAir.

2. Application requirements

• A notarised copy of degree

• A notarised copy of to whom it may concern: For those awaiting graduation & fresh graduates

• Copy of National ID/Passport

3. Recruitment Process

The organisation will follow a structured recruitment process for intern selection, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks.

4. Duration

• RwandAir offers an academic internship of two (3) months;

• The professional internship period is six (6) months, subject to an extension of a maximum of six (6) months upon the intern's request and approval of the HoD, including start and end dates, which will be clearly defined.

• Interns must adhere to the agreed-upon duration of the internship.
