The Job holder leads the development and execution of brand and reputation management strategies, delivering innovative and impactful initiatives that enhance public trust, stakeholder confidence, and institutional credibility. The role also ensures alignment of all communications with the Bank’s mandate, values, and corporate identity standards while proactively managing reputational risks.
Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement brand and reputation management strategies aligned with the Bank’s strategic objectives.

Safeguard the Bank’s corporate identity by ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual standards across all platforms and materials.

Monitor public perception of the Bank through stakeholder feedback, and sentiment tracking, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Support the development of communication campaigns that enhance awareness and understanding of the Bank’s policies and mandate.

Identify, assess, and manage reputational risks, including supporting crisis communication planning and response.

Coordinate the creation, design, and dissemination of branded content, publications, and promotional materials.

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across departments and provide internal guidance and training where necessary.

Work closely with the Graphic Designer to conceptualize, develop, and review visual content, ensuring all designs align with the Bank’s brand guidelines and communication objectives.

Ensure internal teams and external partners (media, agencies, designers) maintain high-quality brand representation.

Track and report on brand performance metrics, including visibility, engagement, and stakeholder perception.

Contribute to storytelling initiatives that humanize the Bank’s work and connect policies to everyday experiences.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, brand management, Journalism, or a related field.

2 years of experience in managing communication campaigns.
