RECRUITMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

ISONGA SACCO KICUKIRO wishes to make a recruitment for the qualified and skilled candidates on the following position: Business Branch Manager.

Requirements on Business Branch Manager position:

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
2. Minimum of 2 years of working experience on the position of Branch Manager in Financial institution or any other position related in financial institution;
3. Strong understanding of financial statements, credit reports, and financial ratios.
4. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices;
5. Strong skills in Human Resources Management;
6. Being business oriented;
7. Have enough skills on corporate governance;
8. Aged not more than 45 years old;
9. Being able to work independently.
