Eligibility Criteria 

• Age: Between 18 and 24 years. â€¨
• Citizenship: You must be a Rwandan. â€¨
• Education: Minimum of Secondary school in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM), Mathematics, Physics & Geography (MPG), Mathematics, Physics & Computer (MPC), Mathematics, Economics & Geography (MEG), Mathematics, Chemistry & Biology (MCB), Mathematics, Computer & Economics (MCE) with 80%. Pursuing Bachelor’s degree who have 80% of the above subjects in secondary school or who have completed of a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with 2nd Class upper would be an added advantage. â€¨
• Physical Fitness: Meet the medical standards required for a commercial pilot license. â€¨
• Background Check: Reference Check Background might be required, depending on the specific duties of the mechanic role. â€¨
• English Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. â€¨
• Passion for Aviation: A strong desire to pursue a career as a pilot. â€¨

Program Overview 

The Cadet Pilot Program includes: 

• Ground school and simulator training at globally recognized flight schools. â€¨
• Supervised flight hours leading to Commercial Pilot License (CPL). â€¨
• Comprehensive soft skills and leadership training. â€¨

• Screening & Assessments: Shortlisted candidates will undergo aptitude tests, interviews, and medical evaluations. â€¨
• Selection & Enrolment: Successful candidates will embark on their aviation journey with RwandAir. â€¨
