Our partner Global BPO company is hiring 100 Call Center Representatives who are proficient in speaking French. Your primary responsibility will be to do the automated surveying campaign by handling automated calls and engaging individuals through a pre-set auto-dealing system, accurately entering and updating information in the system, tracking call outcomes, escalating issues, and following a structured script to verify and validate the information.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in French Language
• Strong experience in verbal communication
• Using call systems and CRM software
• Data entry proficiency with fast and accurate typing for real-time data logging, and
• Active listening skills.
