The Department of Human Resources would like to inform its estimated staff of opportunity for the position of Cellar Technician/operator.

JOB SUMMARY
The jobholder is responsible for the operations of cellar room in the preparation of additives, leading the process of Yeast management, Harvesting, purging and yeast related process.
KEY COMPENTENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Steps of fermentation and Yeast management
- Knowledge of Beer production and CIP process.
- Having at least 3 years of professional experience in agro-food industry.
- Able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Be regular and in time at work.
- Have a good attitude on hygiene and cleanliness.
- Good team spirit.
- Hold a degree in chemistry or biology.
- Fluent in English and / or French.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Ensure Controlled filtration parameters during filtration (Co2, turbidity, dissolved oxygen, alcohol, bitterness);
- Ensure Controlled dosage of Kieselguhr;
- Prepare Yeast for pitching;
- Pitch the required quality and quantity of yeast according to instruction
- Responsible for the quality and quantity of Yeast
- Ensure the cleaning and disinfecting of all vessels (CCT, BBT, filter, UBBT & Yeast tanks) inside and outside;
- Ensure the cleaning and disinfecting of all cellar pipelines (CO2 line, Airline, wort line, beer line, yeast line and CIP line;
- Maintain the hygiene of the fermentation room, filtration room and yeast room.
