POSITION SUMMARY
Kigali Christian School is seeking a professional, organized, Teachers in
Job Title: Class Teacher ( French Speaking ) – Elementary level ( Rwamagana Campus)
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons across core subjects (reading, writing, math, science, social studies)
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit different learning styles and abilities
- Integrate creative, hands-on, and technology-based learning activities
- Follow and implement the school's curriculum standards and learning objectives
- Establish and maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences
- Collaborate with other teachers, specialists, and school administration
- Set clear behavioral expectations and routines
- Manage classroom dynamics and resolve minor conflicts among students
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- A recognized teaching qualification (A0) in the relevant subject area
- teaching experience of 3 to 5 years
- Strong Christian faith and values, aligned with the mission of Youth For Christ Rwanda
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a school community
