To strengthen our team and support ongoing operations, we are seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for the following positions:.

Compactor single drum Operators
RESPONSIBILITIES

Compactor single drum Operators will be responsible for:

• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozer, backhoe loader, excavator, wheel loader, forklift, compactor, , asphalt paver, Concrete Pump, etc.
• Perform routine basic maintenance on equipment and ensure proper functioning
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
• Read and interpret blueprints, maps and drawings to determine work requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A valid driver’s license Category F
• On concrete pump a valid license category C&F

REQUIRED  EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years ‘hands-on experience operating (bulldozer, backhoe loader, excavator, wheel loader, asphalt paver, Concrete Pump, etc.
• with clean driving record

OTHER SKILLS

• Basic heavy machine maintenance skills are in high demand.
• Ability to read and write in Kinyarwanda is required.
• Possession of an A2 certificate in Mechanics is an added advantage.
• Ability to operate more than one type of machine will be considered an added value.
