Job Summary:

The Content Creator and Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating engaging content across various social media platforms, supporting the company’s marketing strategies related to content creation. This role involves developing both photos and video content, writing and editing posts with the marketing lead’s approval, overseeing social media campaigns, and collaborating closely with the graphic designer to ensure cohesive visual content. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of content creation, especially video content, social media trends, and contributing to brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy and Management:

• Implement social media strategies that align with the company’s marketing objectives and target audience with the Marketing Lead’s approval.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X), ensuring timely and relevant content is posted with the Marketing Lead’s approval.
• Create and manage a content calendar for social media platforms to ensure consistent engagement.

Content Creation and Copywriting:

• Create compelling and informative content for social media posts, and other digital platforms (e.g., social media videos and photos for ongoing projects, Real Estate ads for both local and international markets)
• Write and edit high-quality copy that reflects the company’s voice and messaging in the construction, design, and real estate industries with the Marketing Lead’s approval.
• Collaborating with third party agencies for big projects where applicable. Ensuring all related marketing projects are on schedule.
• Assisting related 3rd parties with all required company procedure to ensure the project goes smoothly.
• Collaborate closely with the graphic designers to ensure visuals complement social media posts, articles, and campaigns.
• Assist in the execution of social media marketing campaigns to promote construction projects, real estate listings, and company services.
• Collaborate with the marketing lead to launch paid social media campaigns and report on their effectiveness.

Engagement and Community Building:

• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Grow the company’s social media community by creating interactive content (e.g., polls, Q&A sessions, live events) that fosters engagement.
• Collaborate with influencers, industry professionals, and local communities to increase brand visibility and credibility with the Marketing Lead’s approval.

Assisting in Analytics and Reporting:

• Provide all required data to help Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics, and content performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics software.
• Present insights and recommendations to the team to optimize future campaigns. o Monitor trends and shifts in social media engagement to adapt content and strategies as needed.

Video and Multimedia Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the marketing team and graphic designer to produce video content for social media, including project walkthroughs, customer testimonials, and promotional clips.
• Assist in the editing and production of short-form videos and reels for platforms like Instagram, video adverts and YouTube.

Trend Monitoring and Innovation:

• Stay current with trends in social media, content creation, and digital marketing, particularly in the construction, design, and real estate sectors.
• Proactively suggest new content ideas, platforms, and technologies that can enhance the company’s digital presence.
• Experiment with new social media features, such as Stories, Reels, and interactive content, to boost engagement and audience growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content, preferably in construction, design, or real estate industries.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with graphic designers and other team members.
• Experience with video content creation and editing tools (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere).
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising strategies and platforms
