Job Title: Creative & Digital Marketing Manager

Role Purpose
The Creative & Digital Marketing Manager supports the development and execution of the Bank’s visual and digital brand presence across all channels. Combining creative direction with hands-on design and digital marketing execution, the role ensures that all brand expressions are compelling, consistent, and performance driven.
This role requires a highly creative and detail-oriented individual who can translate strategic objectives into impactful visual and digital outputs, while actively contributing to campaign delivery and always-on communication.
As a key contributor within the Marketing & Communications team, this role plays an important part in shaping and strengthening the Bank’s overall brand and digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Direction & Brand Stewardship
- Support the development and execution of creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
- Ensure consistency and integrity of the brand across all touchpoints
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of visual identity in line with business objectives and market trends
2. Hands-On Design & Content Development
- Design high-quality creative assets for digital platforms (social media, web, email, and campaigns)
- Translate ideas into compelling visual content from concept to final execution
- Support motion graphics, video content, and multimedia storytelling where required
3. Digital Marketing Execution
- Execute digital campaigns with a focus on engagement and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize content across platforms and audiences
- Monitor trends and introduce innovative approaches to strengthen digital presence
4. Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align creative outputs with business priorities
- Manage timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs

- Quality and consistency of brand execution across all channels
- Engagement and performance of digital campaigns and content
- Timeliness and efficiency in delivery of creative assets
- Contribution to campaign effectiveness and overall brand visibility
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, design, or creative tools are an added advantage
- 3–5 years of experience in a creative, digital marketing, or brand role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both hands-on design and campaign execution
- Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
