Key Duties and Tasks
- Ensure the timely collection, accuracy, and completion of data at the medical institutions.
- Control and direct personnel tasked with data collection and tabulation.
- Hospital Statistics collection, analysis, interpretation, and production
- Describe the findings of statistical analyses, including data presented in graphs, charts, and tables.
- Compile statistics reports from various hospital services, departments, and initiatives.
- Provide the supervisors with reports on birth, death, disease surveillance, and other HMIS reports.
- Oversee health facilities in the catchment area to confirm the validity and caliber of the data.
- Data entry and involvement in internal and external data quality evaluation
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Geography Information System, Information Management, Information and Communication Technology with 0 Year of relevant experience
OR
Advanced Diploma in Public Health, Public Health Sciences, Statistics, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Laboratory Sciences, General Nursing with 0 Year of relevant experience
