Silver Bells International School is a prestigious bilingual (French–English) Cambridge International School seeking a Dean of French to lead and promote the French language across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic leadership for French language programs across all key stages.
• Promote and strengthen the visibility and quality of French within the curriculum and co-curricular activities.
• Collaborate with the English-speaking and French-speaking teams to ensure a balanced bilingual environment.
• Lead and mentor the French department, ensuring high teaching standards and effective curriculum delivery.
• Organize French cultural events, language immersion experiences, and cross-curricular initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance in French to ensure continued improvement and academic success.
• Support teacher development and promote innovative language teaching methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Master’s degree in Education, French Language or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching and leadership within a bilingual or international school setting.
• Fluency in French and proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with the Cambridge International Curriculum is an advantage.
• A deep understanding of bilingual education and international mindedness.
